Soul Centered Psychotherapy

Helping spiritually curious adults reconnect with themselves through trauma-informed, depth-oriented therapy that honors body, mind, and spirit.

A New Approach

Many people arrive at this work when something deeper is calling for their attention.

Perhaps the life you've built no longer fits the person you're becoming. Perhaps old ways of coping, striving, achieving, or caretaking no longer feel meaningful to you. You may feel disconnected from yourself, caught in patterns you can't seem to think your way out of, or standing at the threshold of a profound inner transition.

Often, the people who find me are not simply looking for symptom relief. They are searching for meaning. They are seeking a deeper relationship with themselves, their purpose, their intuition, and the unseen dimensions of their experience.

You may have already spent years in therapy, personal growth, or spiritual exploration and still sense that something essential remains untouched. Not because you are broken, but because healing is not always about fixing. Sometimes it is about remembering.

Remembering who you are beneath the roles, defenses, expectations, and survival strategies that once protected you.

I view healing as a sacred process of reconnection. A return to the wisdom of the soul, the truth of the authentic self, and the deeper intelligence that exists beneath conditioned patterns and old wounds.

My counseling practice offers a psycho-spiritual approach for spiritually curious and spiritually awakening adults who feel called toward deeper transformation. Together, we explore the emotional, psychological, relational, and spiritual dimensions of your experience, creating space for healing, integration, and the emergence of a more authentic way of being.

This work is not about becoming someone new.

It is about coming home to who you have always been.
